For Tenants and Occupiers

Welcome to our website. We recently made the decision to organize our site to serve the two most distinctive groups in the commercial real estate industry, because each group’s needs are particular to their real estate requirements.

For Tenants and Occupiers, we specialize in:

  • Site selection
  • Negotiating economic development incentives, where possible and appropriate
  • Consulting services to help clients identify their space requirements and any changes to existing occupancy practices or standards
  • Identifying the most desirable locations for a client’s business with market analysis and site tours
  • Lease negotiations
  • Build-out supervision
  • Acquisitions for owner/occupiers
  • Subleasing excess space

Ken helped us with our current office space and was amazing on every level. He came to every meeting/every showing overly prepared and prepped us thoroughly so we knew what to expect. He was extremely patient with us and let us come to our own conclusions on what we really needed to invest to get the type of space we wanted. During negotiations, he fought hard for us and stayed involved well past what was expected to ensure we were treated fairly. He’s a super high quality professional who I would trust with any real estate transaction. He will definitely be the one to help us with our next space as we grow and expand.
