Promoted to Controller in recent years, Maria Lima has capably and faithfully served Morris Southeast Group for over three decades. Her early support for the firm included general administrative duties and managing the firm’s accounting systems. In addition, she is responsible for property management operations and financial reporting of assets under management. Originally from Cuba, Maria is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Maria earned an Associates’ Degree in Marketing from Wilbur Wright College in Chicago, IL.
