Alice Lucia Jackson moved her 25 years of brokerage business experience to Morris Southeast Group in July 2016, where she directs the firm’s Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation sectors. A specialist in Class A and B properties throughout Broward County, in the recent 36 months she has completed over 1.1 million square feet of transactions. Ms. Lucia Jackson has been in commercial real estate for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Morris Southeast Group, Ms. Lucia Jackson was a Senior Vice President at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) for 10 years. Prior to JLL she was a principle with America’s Capital Partners (ACP) where her responsibilities included the leasing and oversight of 1.5 million S.F. of office buildings in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She started her career with Cushman & Wakefield.
Education, Affiliations and Awards
A Fort Lauderdale native, Ms. Lucia Jackson graduated with honors from University of Bridgeport, CT with a Bachelor’s Degree, double major in Economics and Marketing. Ms. Lucia Jackson was the South Florida Chapter President of NAIOP in 2008 and served on its Board for eight years. She was the co-founder of the South Florida Broker’s Association and was one of the first five women in the State of Florida to receive the S.I.O.R. designation in 1988. She currently serves on the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s National Advisory Board, Community Foundation of Broward Board, Jack and Jill Children Development Chair and is a United Way Reading Pal. She also serves on the Housing advisory committee at the historic Indian Creek Country Club.
Ms. Lucia Jackson was named NAIOP’s Member of the Year in 2007 and Office Broker of the year in 2009. She was named a Woman of Influence in Florida by Florida Real Estate Magazine in 2008 and a Must Know Contact in Fort Lauderdale by Florida Trend Magazine in 2011.
