Adriana Lilly joined Morris Southeast Group in July 2016 to start her career in Commercial Real Estate. Her initial work – in addition to training, is to establish new networks and contacts, enhance the company’s marketing platform and generate new business with a concentration on tenant representation.
Most recently, she held a management position at BodyTrac Health and Fitness in Weston where she was the CMO (Chief Motivating Officer) and responsible for membership growth, promotions, social media and charity events. Earlier, Adriana held a sales position with Aviation Concepts in Sunrise where she worked with commercial airline companies, assisted with inventory management of airplane parts and organized the European Airline Conference in Paris, France.
She brings a depth of people skills from years of working in the service industry, particularly food and beverage. Over the years Adriana has worked in sales, catering, bartending, special events and as an assistant manager at restaurants in Plantation, Tallahassee, Sunrise and Weston. She is proficient in Farsi and Spanish. Adriana earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Hospitality from Florida State University in Tallahassee.
