At the beginning of the month, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International was awarded the contract for Property Management at Sunrise, Floridab s Sawgrass Business Plaza. The business park has 90% occupation in the 60,000 square foot office space. It includes three single-story businesses and is located near I-595 and the IKEA on Sawgrass Expressway.
Lois Paskow will be the new manager of the property working with Sawgrass Business Plaza, LLC and has been managing leases there since 2006. Only six miles from Ft. Lauderdale and with an excellent staff in place, we believe that this change will be positive both for the business park and for Morris Southeast Group.
