Earlier this month, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International extended and expanded the Greenfield World Trade warehouse lease in Weston, Florida, representing Greenfield for the fourth time now.
Greenfield extended its lease by 30 months and expanded by 16,650 feetb now occupying a whole 61,000-square-foot building at 3355 Enterprise Avenue in the Meridian Business Campus. Ken Morris, SIOR of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International, represented Greenfield in this lease extension and expansion.
Greenfield distributes food service and preparation equipment, representing more than 30 high-quality commercial restaurant equipment manufacturers. The Meridian Business Campus in Weston comprises 16 buildingsb about 1.5 million square feetb near I-75 and has tenants including Edyb s Ice Cream, United Stationers and more.
