Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Represents Goldstein Law Group in Ft. Lauderdale Lease Renewal

Lauderdale, FL; July 19, 2010 -- Ken Morris, SIOR and president of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International based in Plantation, FL, today announced that his firm represented the Goldstein Law Group in a five-year lease renewal totaling 8,500 square feet at the Plaza 100 building located at 100 NE 3rd Avenue in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
Goldstein Law Group, headed by Partner Frank Goldstein is a leader in insurance defense. The firm has been a tenant in the 135,000-square-foot building for eight years, and while it aggressively analyzed its alternatives in the market, the building’s landlord provided excellent incentives for the firm to remain in place for another renewal cycle. Ken Morris, president of Morris Southeast Group has represented the firm since its inception.
“We evaluated several space options in the area and concluded that Plaza 100 provided the most advantageous occupancy solution for Goldstein’s corporate office,” said.
