Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Represents Prudential Insurance Company of America in Office Lease

PLANTATION, FL – July 13, 2010 -- Ken Morris, SIOR and president of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International today announced that his firm has represented Prudential Insurance Company of America in a new office lease at 2 S University Drive, Plantation FL.
Prudential’s five-year lease is for approximately 1,163 square feet. The rental rate was not disclosed. The property is a 56,141-square-foot, three-story office building owned by Intervest-Plantation Limited LLC. Built in 1985, the building is near Interstate 595.
Koreena Rivers of Morris Southeast Group represented Prudential in lease negotiations. The tenant requirement was referred to Morris Southeast Group by Jeffrey J. Toia, The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International, based in Chatham, NJ. Mr. Toia represents the insurer nationwide.
