Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International closes

Ken Morris, SIOR, president, and Lois Paskow, RPA of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International recently announced the completion of the following office leases at the Sawgrass Business Plaza located in Sunrise, Florida.
JDS Uniphase Corp. leased suite 208 & 209 at 13794 NW 4th Street for a total of 2445/sf and they were represented by Scott Goldstein & Keith Edelman of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Miami office.
McGraw Hill renewed their lease of suite 207 at 13794 NW 4th Street which is 1099/sf and they were represented by CB Richard Ellis’s Atlanta office.
Steven Eisenberg, CPA renewed their lease of suite 100 at 13790 NW 4th Street which is 587/sf and there was no co-broker involved.
Morris Southeast Group represented the landlord Sawgrass Business Plaza, LLC.
