Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Completes Lease Transaction at Corporate Center II in Sunrise, Florida

Ken Morris, SIOR, president, and Koreena Rivers of Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International recently announced the completion of a 1773/sf office lease expansion at 1571 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Suite 130 located in Sunrise, Florida.
Morris Southeast Group, represented the tenant Leo Pharma, Inc. and the landlord Corporate Centre II Investors, LLC was represented by Donna Korn of Taylor & Mathis of Hollywood, FL.
