Friends & Family Rehab leased suite 500 which is 1449/sf
Karell Enterprises leased suite 377 which is 966/sf
Dear Care leased suite 405 which is 1035/sf
The Great Travel of Kendall leased suite 411 which is 314/sf
LM Rehab Center, Inc. leased suite 730 which is 1026/sf
Jose Larraz, PA leased Penthouse Suite 8 which is 701/sf
Edward Abramson leased suite 570 which is 490/sf
Radix Distributors leased suite 407 which is 799/sf
Jorge de la Mar leased suite 440 which is 1029/sf
Morris Southeast Group represented the landlord Zerep Holdings and there were no other brokers involved with these transactions.
