Ken Morris and Koreena Rivers represented the tenant Lindsay Calkins, DC and the Landlord was represented by Raquel Leshin of Halladay Properties of Miami. We are very pleased to have completed this lease on behalf of the Ms. Calkins for her new venture in the South Florida area stated Koreena Rivers. Lindsay Calkins, DC is a chiropractor and will be using this space for her new practice.
