Ken Morris, SIOR, president, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International recently announced the completion of 3 leases in the Bank of America Building located at 1776 N Pine Island Rd. in Plantation and 1 in the BB&T Building located at 300 S Pine Island Rd. in Plantation. Bank of America Building is owned by 1776 Associates. Suite 100 (5573/sf) lease was renewed by Bank of America for 5 years and the Bank was represented by Paul Marko of CBRE. Suite 101 (3512/sf) lease was expanded and renewed for 5 years, there was no co-broker involved in this transaction. Suite 200 (6608/sf) lease was renewed by Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for three years. BB&T Building is owned by 300 Associates. Suite 314 (2430/sf) lease was expanded and renewed by ABS Americas for 5 years. There was no co-broker involved in this transaction.
