Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International Selected by RREEF American REIT II to Handle Leasing of Broward Business Park Properties in Davie, FL

DAVIE, FL – January 23, 2009 -- Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International today announced it has been selected to represent RREEF America REIT II Corporation in the leasing of its Broward Business Park property located in Davie, Florida.
Ken Morris, SIOR, president, Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International will handle the leasing assignment together with associates Lois Paskow, RPA, and Koreena Rivers. RREEF manages a global real estate portfolio and is one of the largest real estate securities managers in the world.
