| KENNETH
E. MORRIS, SIOR |
Kenneth
E. Morris spearheads Morris Southeast Group as
C.E.O. and President. He takes great pride in
advancing the firm that his father, Allen I. Morris,
founded over 30 years ago.
Throughout the last 15 years, Ken has been a devoted
practitioner in the commercial real estate arena,
and he has received recognition from numerous
industry associations. In 2002, he was honored
by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors,
with the most prestigious designation in the field.
Additionally, Ken is the recipient of the Real
Property Administrators Designation from the Building
Owners and Managers Association. And in 2001,
South Florida’s premier business publication,
The South Florida Business Journal, awarded Ken
the “Up & Comers Award” for his
achievements in real estate.
In addition to operating a full-service commercial
real estate firm, Ken holds director positions
on several charitable agencies. He is a graduate
of the University of Miami, School of Business
and has been a resident of South Florida since
1973. |

| LOIS
PASKOW, RPA |
Lois
Paskow, a veteran in the commercial real estate
industry, brings tremendous strength and experience
to Morris Southeast Group. Throughout her several
years of providing top-notch representation
to her clients, she has also been active in
professional associations that serve to advance
the real estate industry. Recently, Lois was
appointed to the Board of Directors for Commercial
Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA).
She is currently an active member of the National
Association of Office and Industrial Properties
(NAIOP), which awarded her the Real Property
Administrator (RPA) designation in 1993. Additionally,
she served on the Board of Directors for Commercial
Real Estate Women (CREW).
Prior to joining Morris Southeast Group, Lois
worked for Liberty Property Trust, a publicly
traded Real Estate Investment Trust. During
her tenure with the firm, she was the South
Florida leasing representative, and was responsible
for a portfolio of 1.7 million square feet of
office and industrial space.
Lois has been a resident of South Florida for
over thirty years and is involved in numerous
charitable organizations.

| KOREENA
K. RIVERS |
Prior
to relocating to South Florida in July 2002,
Koreena Rivers resided in Johnston, Rhode Island
where she assisted in creating and building
an Insurance Brokerage Firm with an Agent/Broker
base of over 3,000. She specialized in Agency
relations, training and management for over
15 years. At which time, she took time off to
raise her two boys.
She has been with Morris Southeast Group since
October 2004 and has Managed the advertising/marketing
as well as obtaining her Real Estate License
in 2005.
Koree received her degree in Business Management
from Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

- operate according to
the society’s strict code of ethics
to which they are legally bound
- reach a minimum amount
of sales and transactions per year
Only 2 percent of
all commercial real estate professionals have
met the rigorous standards of the SIOR designation.
This honor represents the highest level of knowledge,
