Food equipment distributor’s
seven-year lease valued at $7 million

The Deal: The financial services giant
UBS of Switzerland leased 44,487 square feet of officeflex
space early last month to Greenfield Worldtrade in the Meridian
Business Campus in Weston.
Details: Greenfield
Worldtrade, a commercial food service equipment distributor,
will make its headquarters in the campus at 3355 Enterprise
Ave.
Greenfield signed a seven-year lease
valued at about $7 million to replace its office-distribution
center at the Point West II in Davie.
The company will occupy almost half
of the 100,000-square-foot building when it moves in June.
About 10,000 square feet of the leased space is to be used
for offices.
